Our specialist teams deliver high caliber talent by partnering closely with clients and understanding the nuances around their hiring needs; from culture and values, to innovation and transformation requirements. TDA acts as ambassadors for both clients and candidates, and represents them with honesty and integrity at all times.
Developing long term relationships and trust is at the core of our work and because of that we see ourselves as the co-creators of the best performing digital teams.
We have an unrivalled network of candidates built up over 12 years by creating communities, hosting events and running search campaigns. Initially we were expanding and nurturing our network within the UX and Design Space but through the years we evolved alongside our clients and their recruitment needs and expanded our expertise through the wider digital sector, including technology, product management and data.
In order to provide niche, specialised service to our clients’ talent demands in the different sectors, we separated TDA Tech from TDA Creative. However, now that we have the trust, expertise and large projects covering all areas, we are back to the core and bringing all clusters under one roof - TDA Creative.
This doesn’t mean that we are any less niche though - with dedicated teams and leaders to each specialism, we’re more confident than ever in our capability to enable business evolution and transformation by connecting world class Product, Design, Tech & Data talent with the organisations leading the future.

UX & Design Recruitment Director
Sarah has been recruiting, managing accounts, mentoring, talent pooling and headhunting in the Digital sector for 14 years, and recently joined us to head up the creative team. Talent and Delivery Manager
Natasha has been working in Recruitment for the last 15 years covering a range of sectors including Healthcare, HR, Finance and now Tech. Leading our delivery team and heading up HR, Staff Attraction, Onboarding and Policy and Process writing, Natasha wears many hats at TDA. She is a self confessed recruitment and data nerd that loves improving and writing processes. Natasha is a firm believer in “Happy people are productive people”
Key Account Management - Tech Accounts
Ryan has been with TDA for over 4 years now, recruiting, managing accounts, mentoring, managing teams and is now leading TDA's key client relationships enabling their digital transformation and large scale growth. “I love that my role allows me to facilitate the success of our “TDAers” to achieve their goals while prioritising the strategy and the bigger picture of the fantastic businesses we partner with”
We always knew who we are, what we’re good at and what the mission is, but being purely focused on our clients, candidates and best of class service delivery, marketing and brand was never a priority. Until now.
In the process of forming the TDA Creative leadership team, we identified the need of a stronger brand presence and consistent marketing communications. With our newly appointed Marketing Manager - Maria Georgieva, we went through a full brand discovery process involving the entire business and carefully defining every aspect of our brand. Apart from all value extracted from this exercise, this was another indicator that our specialisms needed to sit under one unified brand that we all believe in.
